Position Summary  

Our General Dentists can expect: 

  • Great emphasis on treatment planning and practice philosophy based on Dental Quality Alliance and Institute of Medicine Principles of Optimal Dental Care

  • Practicing at a comfortable pace while learning to work efficiently and effectively with a flexible schedule that allows 8 hr. and 10 hr. shifts with weekday/weekend/evening cycles

Duties and Responsibilities 

The clinical duties of an Associate General Dentist include: 
  • Work with clinical staff to provide quality patient care 
  • Follow standard dentistry procedures and comply with company policies 
  • Refer patients to appropriate specialists as needed 
  • Stay abreast with latest developments and techniques in the dental field 
  • Exude excellent interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, other Dentists, office managers, and other staff members  
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned 
Qualifications 
  • DDS/DMD license

The employee may need to travel to healthcare practices.
