Position Summary 

The Senior Vice President - Mid-Atlantic is a key executive responsible for leading strategic initiatives to streamline and optimize clinical operations, with direct oversight of the Mid-Atlantic region. This role drives operational integration across multi-state clinical sites, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals. The Senior Vice President – Mid-Atlantic also oversees regional P&L performance, technology implementation, and staff development. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Operational Leadership & Integration 

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to standardize clinical operations. 

  • Oversee operations in the Mid-Atlantic region, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. 

  • Design scalable team structures to support multi-state operations. 

  • Drive continuous improvement for operational efficiency and patient outcomes. 

  • Manage regional P&L to meet financial and performance targets. 

    Technology Enablement 

  • Lead selection and implementation of clinical technology platforms. 

  • Ensure effective integration and adoption in collaboration with IT and clinical teams. 

  • Monitor KPIs and ROI for technology initiatives. 

    Training & Talent Development 

  • Develop and implement training programs for clinical and operational staff. 

  • Ensure consistent onboarding, compliance, and professional growth. 

  • Foster a culture of learning and excellence. 

  • Other miscellaneous duties as required 

    Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred. 

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in clinical operations or healthcare integration. 

  • Experience leading large-scale operational and technology initiatives. 

  • Proven success managing multi-state operations and P&L performance. 

  • Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills. 

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. 

  • Willingness to travel as needed. 

    Knowledge and Skills/Expected Competencies 

  • Strong judgment and discretion in managing confidential information. 

  • Clear communicator with ability to engage both professionals and non-clinical audiences. 

  • Skilled in prioritization, problem-solving, and process improvement. 

  • Effective trainer and mentor with a collaborative leadership style.
