Position Summary
The Senior Vice President - Mid-Atlantic is a key executive responsible for leading strategic initiatives to streamline and optimize clinical operations, with direct oversight of the Mid-Atlantic region. This role drives operational integration across multi-state clinical sites, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals. The Senior Vice President – Mid-Atlantic also oversees regional P&L performance, technology implementation, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership & Integration
Lead cross-functional initiatives to standardize clinical operations.
Oversee operations in the Mid-Atlantic region, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
Design scalable team structures to support multi-state operations.
Drive continuous improvement for operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
Manage regional P&L to meet financial and performance targets.
Technology EnablementLead selection and implementation of clinical technology platforms.
Ensure effective integration and adoption in collaboration with IT and clinical teams.
Monitor KPIs and ROI for technology initiatives.
Training & Talent DevelopmentDevelop and implement training programs for clinical and operational staff.
Ensure consistent onboarding, compliance, and professional growth.
Foster a culture of learning and excellence.
Other miscellaneous duties as required
QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
10+ years of progressive leadership in clinical operations or healthcare integration.
Experience leading large-scale operational and technology initiatives.
Proven success managing multi-state operations and P&L performance.
Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Knowledge and Skills/Expected CompetenciesStrong judgment and discretion in managing confidential information.
Clear communicator with ability to engage both professionals and non-clinical audiences.
Skilled in prioritization, problem-solving, and process improvement.
Effective trainer and mentor with a collaborative leadership style.
