Position Summary We are seeking a driven and proactive Dental Hygienist Recruiter to join our growing talent team. This role owns the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and outreach through offer and onboarding for hygiene positions across the organization. You will build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier clinical talent, partner closely with hiring managers, and play a critical role in scaling our hygiene workforce. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is motivated to continuously improve recruiting strategies and outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities The duties include, but are not limited to:
Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for dental hygienist roles, from sourcing and outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding
Proactively source, engage, and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and workforce needs across multiple locations
Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, clinical experience, and alignment with organizational culture and standards
Maintain a strong, active pipeline of talent to support both immediate hiring needs and future workforce planning
Provide regular, data-driven updates on candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and time-to-fill metrics
Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring clear communication, a positive experience, and consistent follow-up
Conduct post-interview follow-ups to maintain engagement and improve offer acceptance rates
Track and analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates) to continuously optimize sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes
Manage and deliver offers, ensuring accuracy and alignment on compensation, start dates, and candidate expectations
Meet or exceed hiring goals while adapting strategies to evolving business needs and priorities
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate candidate leads
Stay current on dental hygiene industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruiting best practices
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Proven experience recruiting dental hygienists or other clinical roles; DSO experience preferred
Strong understanding of dental hygiene standards, certifications, and market dynamics
Experience using ATS platforms (JazzHR preferred)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruiting metrics
Prior experience as a registered dental hygienist is a plus.
High School diploma or GED required.
