Position Overview:

We are searching for a motivated, outgoing individual with experience in sales who wants to make a great living while helping transform people's lives through better health and confidence. We need someone who cares, can relate to, and build rapport with people they meet for the first time. You will help our patients overcome their fears and make decisions that will extend and improve their quality of life, allowing them to smile with confidence for the first time in a very long time.

This position is both exciting and fulfilling, as well as lucrative. It offers a chance to make a true impact in the community. As a Patient Ambassador, you will meet with patients who are excited to make a change in their lives. You will listen to their stories, empathize with their current situation, and offer a solution that brings hope and excitement, changing their life forever.

We offer cutting-edge technology and techniques for full mouth implant procedures, widely known as All-on-Four.

Using a combination of digital scanning, milling, and top surgical techniques, we replace patients' teeth with a beautiful, strong, and long-lasting zirconia prosthesis that allows them to eat normally and smile confidently.

We need you to help patients feel comfortable and confident about their decision and assist them in finding financing options to afford the care they need and want.

Schedule:

  • On Site: Monday through Thursday
  • Remote on Fridays

Compensation:

  • $50,000 - $60,000 annually 
  • 1% Commission bonus for all qualified sales.

  • PTO: 1.54 hours accrued for every 40 hours worked
  • Sick Leave: 1 hour earned for every 30 hours worked maxing at 40 hours per year.

Additional Skills and Qualifications of a Successful Candidate:

  • Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills
  • A confident approach and an ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to think outside the box
  • Must possess thorough and consistent follow-up skills
  • Experience using a contact tracking system
  • A strong desire to win and change lives
  • Sales experience required
  • 4-year degree preferred

What you will be trained on:

  • How to explain and discuss the All-on-Four procedure, dental implants, and other dental procedures in simple terms
  • How to create a Treatment Plan and explain it to the patient
  • How to use our Practice Management Software and CRM
  • How to assist patients in the financing application and payment process
  • How to manage and control the surgical schedule based on the availability of anesthesiologists, medical clearances, and surgical staff
