Position Summary
Our General Dentists can expect:
- Great emphasis on treatment planning and practice philosophy based on Dental Quality Alliance and Institute of Medicine Principles of Optimal Dental Care
- Opportunities to treat a socioeconomically diverse patient population as we highly value access to care and accept most Dental insurances
- Practicing at a comfortable pace while learning to work efficiently and effectively with a flexible schedule that allows 8 hr. and 10 hr. shifts with weekday/weekend/evening cycles

- The ability to be trained on Laser Dental / Soft Tissue Surgery, Practice Management, Implants, Invisalign, and more

The clinical duties of an Associate General Dentist include:
- Work with clinical staff to provide quality patient care
- Follow standard dentistry procedures and comply with company policies
- Refer patients to appropriate specialists as needed
- Stay abreast with latest developments and techniques in the dental field
- Exude excellent interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, other Dentists, office managers, and other staff members
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- DDS/DMD license
