Position Summary  

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Campus Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for organizing and coordinating campus recruitment efforts, including scheduling events, vendor coordination, event promotion, and logistics management. Additionally, the Campus Recruiter will play a key role in organizing and attending campus-related initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of recruitment efforts, and driving lead generation within the Provider Recruitment department. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

The duties include, but are not limited to:  

• Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to promote our organization and opportunities to students and graduates. 

• Coordinate and execute campus events, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events, to engage with prospective candidates. 

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies for campus recruitment initiatives. 

• Act as a liaison between the organization and campus organizations, student groups, and career services offices to maximize visibility and participation in campus activities. 

• Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates. 

• Assist in the development of marketing materials and recruitment campaigns tailored to campus audiences. 

• Track and analyze metrics related to campus recruitment efforts and provide regular reports to leadership. 

• Support general sourcing activities for Provider Recruitment as needed, including candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. 

• Travel required (Up to 75%) 

• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. 

• Oversee and manage inventory of recruitment materials, including brochures, giveaways, and event supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for campus events and outreach efforts. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event management, healthcare administration, or related field.  

  • Dental industry experience  

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.  

  • Previous experience in event coordination 

  • Flexibility to travel and work nights and weekends as needed.
